The service at our homes is designed to meet the differing needs of each individual. We recognise that each service and care plan will look very different. We get to know each customer and listen carefully to the individual requirements before creating our care plans.
We organise work placements for each individual. The placements could be gardening, retail work, creativity etc. This model has proven successful in enabling service users to maintain an independent lifestyle while offering support in the field of work.
Our services range from providing calls with minimum 30 minute duration to 24 hours per day. In response to differing needs and requirements, these calls are based on risk assessments and a needs analysis and can be used as a ‘one off’ service or a more long term, frequent arrangement.
