Training Dept

Spectrum Healthcare Traing Department is directed by Mr Francis MorrisOur comprehensive training programme empowers our staff to provide exceptional support for those using our services. Our induction training delivers confidence, knowledge and skills, and encompasses the Skills for Care Common Induction Standards, mandatory in-house training and distance learning result in opportunities to gain accreditations, including Level 2 & 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, refresher training and additional specific training ensure we respond positively to the changing needs of each individual we support.
